Located on the second floor of the fire department our hall consists of a commercial grade kitchen and can accommodate up to 200 guests. The hall is perfect for events such as baby showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, business meetings and family events.
All rentals are entitled to a maximum of (9) hours. (Up to (3) hours for setup, up to (5) hours for the party/event and (1) hour for the cleanup)
A mandatory $200 deposit and signed contract is required to secure the rental.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed. NO KEG BEER.

The kitchen includes a range and oven, hot table, refrigerators and ice is available
Rental Rates:
$700.00 per rental plus Friday thru Sunday, 350.00 Monday thru Thursday excluding holidays and no food allowed, $200.00 security deposit whick will be returned if there is not damage or violations of the contract.
Process for renting the hall:
To schedule/book a rental please contact the hall scheduler (Clem) at 860-828-8830, or send an email to hallrentals@eastberlinfirect.org.
After the event has been booked/confirmed the renter will be contacted by the hall coordinator who is responsible for managing the activities for the given event such as, setup, guest access and cleanup.

Note:
The thermostats are not available for the renter to adjust therefore we ask that the hall doors be closed at all times to help control the temperature of the hall.
Parking is available around the firehouse and on the street. Absolutely No parking in front of the fire bays, on the grass or the spaces designated for “Fire personnel only”. Vehicles violating the parking instructions will be towed at the owner’s expense.
